The current world is dynamic and The Daniel School too prepares the students to face the world with confidence and the competitions with competence. We also have various curricular and co-curricular activities such as skating, karate, ballet dance, music lessons for the learners to develop the hidden talents and skills. As technology has taken its place in all walks of life, students are educated to handle technology with responsibility through computer education and online programs. At the same time parents are given information online to monitor the progress of their children. THE DANIEL SCHOOLS is committed and promises the best to community and learners at all times. Who We AreThe Daniel school is a Mixed Day Pre-primary and Primary School offering the new Competence Based Curriculum (CBC) from play group to Grade 7. We continue rolling in the new Competence Based Curriculum (CBC) as directed by the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD). Our Vision;To be a model learning institution in provision of excellent holistic education in order to nurture develop learners individual talent and prepare them to effectively serve God and Mankind. Brief School History
The Daniel school started in January 2016 by opening its doors to learners up to grade 7.
We have since grown and continue to expand drastically owing to quality services to our parents and learners.
Achievements
The Daniel School did achieve an excellent performance in 2021 National Exams (KCPE) and ranked no. 5 out of 1067 Schools in Machakos County with a mean score of 388.3 Marks. Our highest ranked student managed 421 marks out of the possible 500. We give the glory to God!

School LifeWe also offer Computer, French, Music, Art&design and swimming lessons. The school has enough play field for learners. We offer a variety of sports activities and games such as football, volleyball, athletics and swimming competitions. The school has a Local Area Network that is connected to computers in the Administration block and the Library. The students have access to the Computer Laboratories until 5.00 p.m. on week days, and from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. on Saturdays and school holidays. Students capitalize on the availability of the Internet Service on all computers to work independently on any school-based task, or browse through the various educational sites. The school is equipped with a well-stocked and user friendly Library. The school Library provides a conducive study-environment for students. There is a vast collection of fiction and non-fiction books, including a selection of annually subscribed magazines and periodicals. An IT corner provides access to information on CDs and internet. Photocopying services are available for pupils. The library is open after school hours up to 5.00 p.m., and on Saturdays and school holidays from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. The library has two qualified full-time librarians. It is also equipped with computers and internet facilities. Photocopying services are also available for pupils. |
SecurityOur school has put into much consideration on security issues. A perimeter wall has been put into place as well as a well maned gate for the general safety of the institution. The Daniel School has fully functioning CCTV camera that help in monitoring the safety of all the people within our school. MealsThe school has a well-organized menu throughout the week and at all times the best meal is served to the pupils. Please note that our meals have well balanced diet. |
